The Leaning Tower of Wybunbury

Wybunbury's 29.3 metre tower is all that remains of a late fifteenth century church demolished in 1833. If you have ever wanted to go up to the Top of the Tower and Immerse yourself in all those wonderful views of the Cheshire plains?, well now is your chance as Leo & Paula take you on a tour of Wynbunbury Moss along with a visit to the top of the tower! Lovely walk using mainly fields and bridle paths, we walk through the Nature Reserve known as Wybunbury Moss, before returning to visit the Tower and the Swan Inn for drinks (Lunch food / snacks are also available if required).

Important Note: There is a Charge of £3 person to attend this walk to cover the donation to be made to the Tower Preservation Trust, please bring the correct money to cover the donation with you on the day to make it easier for Paula to gather all the monies together.

Optional visit afterwards to: Swann Inn, as above.

Meet up on Market Drayton Swimming Baths Car Park and then travel to to the start point, that way if anyone needs a lift those with cars may be able to assist? If you live more locally to the start point you can travel direct to the start point, but YOU MUST make us aware via a email message! Leave swimming baths: 9.15am prompt.
