About the event
About the event The Shropshire Hills are more than just the Long Mynd, this route explores the scenery which inspired A. E. Housman’s Blue Remembered Hills. with fantastic views across the hills and tors south of the main Stiperstones ridge. A few years ago, this rocky moorland was cleared of 1960s forestry, and large swathes of heather have now reappeared, making it one of the most distinctive tors along the Stiperstones ridge.
