Join us on this 5 mile walk over Brown Clee Hill whch is the highest hill in the rural English county of Shropshire, at 540 metres above sea level.
This walk take you to the summit on paths used since before the Iron Age. There are no hills higher to the east until you reach the Urals in Russia.
Optional Visit to: The Red Lion Pub in Market Drayton after the walk.
Difficulty: Moderate Total Ascent: 900ft
Meet up on the Car Park at The Red Lion Pub TF9 1JP and then travel to the start point from Market Drayton, that way if anyone needs a lift those with cars may be able to assist? If you live more locally to the start point you can travel directly yourself but YOU MUST make us aware via an email message! Leave Red Lion Pub: 08.30am Prompt.
