Acton & Shropshire Union Canal

Join Mandy on a pleasant peaceful countryside walk along an attractive section of the Shropshire Union Canal. The walk follows the canal, passing Nantwich Marina and crossing an aqueduct, before returning across the Dorfield estate. The walk is on the level, with a mix of canal path, field footpaths, and a short section of road before joining a track through the estate. We start and finish at the car park opposite St Mary’s Church at Acton, near Nantwich.
